Talk about delicious eating. Visiting my daughter and son in law at their new place in New Jersey and threw down on some cooking. It’s easier to say let’s order food, but that wouldn’t be going the easy way out.
On the menu was
Salmon placed on sauté spinach
Boils Dungeons Crabs
Baked Pork chops
Seasoning used on the Salmon
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic and onion powder, Old Bay Seasoning, and of cause a little Adobo.
I added Olive Oil and Butter to the pan and tossed my spinach in there, waited jus a few minute for it to get slightly soft and than it add my salmon and put a lid on it for 10 minutes.
Now for my pork chop seasoning with freshly squeezed Lemon juice, garlic and onion powder and Adobo. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. The pork chop were thin pork chops.
For my dungeons crabs, water, Old Bay and again garlic and onion powder boil for about 20 minutes just enough to let all that marinate. You can even let the water evaporate just a little.
