DIY Flower Planter

Look at what a couple of paint sticks from Home Depot, wood blocks, wood planks and a couple of flowers from Dollar Tree and Folkart (Java) paint from Michael’s can do. Isn’t she a beauty?

I used a different technic to painting the sticks. I used baby wipes to wipe out paint. I didn’t want it a dark java and I didn’t want to use wood stainer because of the smell and it turned great.

I added card board inside the planter so that the foam I used to put the flowers on won’t go down. I’m real particular when it comes to the flowers from Dollar Tree and these are my favorite. When I see them at Dollar Tree I pick them up.

This is a quick and easy DIY project and is also a great Mother’s Day gift. Make sure to checkout the tutorial on this beauty.
